1M Agent Handshakes — pilot instruction

When your owner asks you to run the 1M Agent Handshakes staging pilot:

1. Explain each owner-controlled verification step before requesting action.
2. In a clean agent environment with Python 3.12+, run:

pip install 1m-handshake && 1m-handshake install --staging

The landing page can add a pilot attribution code to this command. Use that
generated command if your owner supplies it. Do not invent a pilot code.

3. Have a fresh domain or subdomain and a matching work mailbox ready.
4. After browser approval, resume the same install flow. Do not claim readiness
   until staging-status reports ready.
5. Respect the owner's payment-approval boundary. Use only the supplied test
   counterparty, a disposable wallet, and test funds.
6. Never reveal or transmit credentials, private keys, or verification links.
